A decade of wood and mortar damage
​   You can't know how rotten things have become until you take all apart.  ​Once the soft rot is removed we can often make parts that look like originals. After wood repairs, the mortar above and around the window needed replacement on this project.

MAJOR REPAIRS

A Registered Historic Property
​ Saving the solid parts of the sashes meant that most of the original windows are intact. The Philadelphia Historical Commission preferred this plan to making new windows to look like the originals. The property owner preferred doing only necessary work so they could move the family in.
